Responsibilities
Analyze lab‑work results and educate patients and their families on appropriate dietary practices.
Lead and influence patients to better manage kidney health and improve quality of life.
Collaborate within the core care team, contributing to patient care plans and clinical goal‑setting.

Requirements
State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Registered Dietitian Certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly across multiple facilities, and travel when required.
Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score ≥80% after hire and training.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days.
