Medical Sales Representative – Ventura, California Ortho Molecular Products is a science‑based nutritional solutions company dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals. In this role, you will promote our products and solutions to licensed healthcare practitioners throughout the Ventura, CA territory, driving growth and maintaining long‑term relationships.

Responsibilities

Meet with licensed healthcare practitioners to understand their practices and promote innovative products and solutions.

Grow the customer base within your territory while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Meet established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of successful B2B sales experience.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience in both a technical and consultative sales approach.

Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills.

Energetic and positive attitude with a dedication to serving customers.

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple objectives effectively.

Key character traits: information seeking, influence and persuasion, analytical thinking, relationship building, and negotiating.

Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the Ventura, California area.

Incentive‑based compensation with open‑ended, uncapped commission – first‑year on‑target earnings (OTE) $90–$120K.
