What To Expect We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will meet with licensed healthcare practitioners in the Tucson territory, develop relationships, promote our innovative products and solutions, and engage healthcare professionals with a consultative sales approach. You will follow and anticipate their needs to provide tailored recommendations. To succeed, you must possess strong B2B sales and organizational skills, be self‑driven, and have a passion for integrative health and wellness. The successful candidate must live within or be willing to relocate to the Tucson territory.

Responsibilities

Meet with licensed healthcare practitioners, learn more about their practices, and sell our innovative products/solutions.

Grow the customer base within your territory while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Meet established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.

A bachelor’s degree.

Experience in a technical and consultative sales approach.

Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills.

Energetic and positive attitude with a dedication to serving customers.

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple objectives effectively.

Character traits to be successful in this role: Information Seeking, Influence and Persuasion, Analytical Thinking, Relationship Building, and Negotiating.

Compensation & Benefits

Incentive‑based compensation with open‑ended uncapped commission. First‑year on‑target earnings (OTE) $90‑$120K.
