Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate findings effectively
Desired Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
State licensure and certification in speech‑language pathology
Experience working with school‑aged children in educational settings preferred
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills across speech and language disorders
Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while traveling between schools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff
Location
Metairie, Louisiana, with travel requirements to multiple school sites in the region
