Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Communicate effectively with the care team to support strong clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
Active Georgia LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (SNF or long‑term care experience preferred).
