Responsibilities:
Assess patients and establish comprehensive care plans.
Provide a variety of treatment techniques, education, and support to patients and families.
Facilitate continuing care planning.
Evaluate quality of services and participate in outcomes management activities.
Competent in lymphedema decongestive therapy (CDT, MLD) and pelvic floor diagnoses for pelvic health impairments.
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and patient care resource managers for integrated care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school.
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
0 years of relevant experience required; 0‑2 years preferred.
Additional Information:
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
