Texas Orthopedic Associates | Plano, TX 75093
Overview Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for Texas Orthopedic Associates in Plano, TX. This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced PTs.
The PT hired will join a skilled team to treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, including non-operative and post-op patients. Clinicians work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to senior, and athletes of varying levels.
Compensation & Benefits Approximate starting salary for new grads : $70,000 / year
Compensation increases based on experience
Competitive benefits package starting day one
Continuing education reimbursement
Clinic Hours / Work Schedule Monday–Thursday : 7 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm
Friday : 7 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
No weekends or holidays
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Job Requirements Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist
New grads encouraged to apply; mentorship provided
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
