Position Details
Shift: 8-hour shifts
All weekend shifts available
LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse Benefits

Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain
High school diploma or equivalent
LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, person-centered resident care
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Encourage resident engagement and socialization
Maintain a safe, supportive care environment
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
Collect, document, and maintain patient information
Monitor and record vital signs
Communicate effectively with the RN and overseeing physician
