Position Overview We are looking for part‑time and full‑time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility. Participate in the care team and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other social workers to support patient care.
