Dental Assistants Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable
Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Qualifications
Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
X-ray certification where state regulations specify
