Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and helpfosterourclinically ledculture. Compensation: $21-25/Hour Key Responsibilities

Assistthe dentist during a variety of treatment procedureswhile helping patients feel comfortable

Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment

Manage infection controlbypreparingand sterilizinginstruments and equipment

Provide patients withfollow-upinstructionsfollowing all dental treatment procedures

Educate patients onappropriate oralhygiene strategies tomaintainoral health

Qualifications

Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify

X-ray certification where state regulations specify

Working Environment & Physical Requirements This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will berequiredto carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
