Full Time: 1st Shift | 8‑Hour Shifts
Part Time: 2nd Shift | 8‑Hour Shifts
39‑Bed Facility
Hourly Pay + $3.40/hr HERO Pay
What You’ll Do
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as required
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being
What You Bring
Active RN or LPN license
Medication administration and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Positive, dependable, and team‑focused mindset
