Full Time: Day & Night Shifts
12‑Hour Shifts
Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay
39‑Bed Facility | Lower patient ratio for more meaningful resident care

Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as needed
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standardsPromote resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being
What You Bring
Active RN license
Medication administration and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
