Speech Language Pathologist – Olympia, WA
An onsite Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to serve elementary students for the current school year in Lacey, WA. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a caseload of 44‑50 students across two locations.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans that align with educational goals.
Provide direct therapy to students to improve communication skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure consistency and progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC) is required.
Experience working with elementary‑aged children in school settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing school‑based services.
