We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at AristaCare at Meadow Springs. The role involves medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing individualized care plans.

Medication supervision

Assessing physical and mental capacity
Developing individualized care plans
Teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Leading by example and assessing resident care needs to take appropriate action to provide high quality care to all residents
Requirements:
Must possess a current license and CPR certification
Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in Pennsylvania
IV certification preferred
Experience in a long‑term care setting, preferred
