Job Summary
AristaCare Health Services is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Shift 3-11 PM, 11-7 AM
Responsibilities As a Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Requirements
Minimum Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program.
Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or related health care facility.
Minimum 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
