Full-Time Part-Time PRN (Per Diem) Available Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Flexible scheduling options are available. LPN Job Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Supervise and assist nursing assistants (CNAs) Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Maintain accurate documentation and records Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment LPN Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Current LPN License in the State of North Carolina (required) Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and dependable work ethic Pay Rate
