About the Role As an LPN at Signature HealthCARE you will provide exceptional nursing services, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents with the highest quality and compassionate care.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of residence.
Current/active CPR certification.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
