Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Clinic Nurse, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients in residential care facilities and behavioral health settings. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing services, including administering medications, conducting health assessments, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work closely with clients and play an integral part in promoting their overall well-being while ensuring the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications to clients through various methods according to service line requirements.

Perform thorough nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.

Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately in adherence with service line standards.

Conduct medication administration reviews and collaborate on medication management for housing clients.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding their medication needs and requests.

Verify client data and medical history, ensuring all preliminary requirements are obtained.

Complete required documentation timely, facilitating effective client care and safety plans.

Serve as a resource for nursing and medical issues, managing infectious disease control and hygiene practices.

Participate in required meetings and perform related duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.

Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.

Additional Qualifications

Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.

Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
