Base pay range
$65.00/daily – $125.00/daily

Primary Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care for hospice patients, ensuring adherence to the patient’s care plan.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting dignity and comfort.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following agency policies and Medicare guidelines.
Document care provided and any changes in patient status promptly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to address care needs.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
Minimum of one year of hospice experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
Valid State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (daily $65–$125)
Location: Texas – North Richland Hills, Hurst/Euless/Bedford, Dallas, Fort Worth
