Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg and Rehab assignment requiring 1+ years of recent specialty experience and a NM or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
Work in the Med/Surg (Unit/Floor 2) and Rehab departments of a hospital
Patient care assignment covers both medical-surgical and rehabilitation populations
Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00
13-week contract assignment
No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and rehabilitation patients during night shifts
RTO requests must be less than 1 week
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as per unit needs
First-time travelers will be considered
Orientation and training provided onsite
Requirements
Active NM or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg or Rehab nursing
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
All required certifications must be valid through at least 30 days after contract start
Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the previous 2 years
