Department: Acute Oncology
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑4:30pm
Facility: Prime Healthcare Illinois – Cancer Care Romeoville
Location: Romeoville, IL 60446
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000
Responsibilities The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Oncology/Infusion Center. They administer chemotherapy and related medical oncology treatments, provide patient education to adult patients with diagnosed malignancies, and report to the Clinical Manager for Oncology/Hematology and Cancer Registry Services.
Qualifications
Current and valid state RN License
Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
Oncology Nursing Certification preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Strong experience in oncology preferred
Pay and Benefits Mercy Medical Center offers competitive compensation ranging from $35.35 to $53.58 per hour, inclusive of wages, benefits, and other compensation.
