Registered Nurse (RN) – Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation Center, Pahrump, NV
Pay: $35.00/hr – $42.66/hr (based on experience)
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (Full‑Time Only)
Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr for night shifts (6PM–6AM)
Travel Adjustment: +$2.00/hr for nurses traveling 30+ miles one way from home to work
Schedule: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN positions available
Location: 4501 N Blagg Road, Pahrump, NV 89060, USA
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Implement and follow the plan of care, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered care
Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN licensure in Nevada
Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, particularly geriatric residents, long‑term care, and rehabilitation
