Pay: $38.00 – $49.14/hour (DOE) + Shift Differentials
Day (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)
Evening (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm):
+$1.00/hour
Nights (10:00 pm – 6:00 am):
+$3.00/hour
Weekend (10:00 pm Friday – 10:00 pm Sunday):
+$1.25/hour

Manage and oversee nursing care delivery to residents
Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and other staff members
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN license in Washington State
Strong clinical skills with knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
