Position Summary
As the Admissions Nurse, you will be the first point of contact for new patients entering our facility. Your primary responsibilities include:
Completing pre‑admission screenings and providing a thorough medical assessment
Collecting and documenting each patient’s medical history
Ensuring all required forms, insurance information, and paperwork are complete and accurate
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support a smooth and efficient admission process
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient‑focused approach
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
