Position RN or LPN Unit Manager
As a Unit Manager, you’ll oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. You’ll collaborate with physicians, lead nursing staff, and play a key role in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and monitor residents’ conditions
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance
Administer treatments and medications per physician’s orders
Ensure accurate documentation and charting
Communicate changes in condition to physicians and family members

Active RN or LPN License in the State of Georgia
Active CPR certification (required)
