Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs. Administer medications & treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds. Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Assist with IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures. What You’ll Need as a Registered Nurse RN
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Unencumbered, State of IL) CPR Certification (Required) Experience in Long-term Care or Skilled Nursing (Preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills Employment type
