Role Summary The Inventory Flow Controller ensures accurate and timely movement of materials and products across the supply chain. This role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating material flows, and supporting production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand for all locations without excess stock.

Ensure accurate inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.

Collaborate with Upstream, Downstream and Sub assembly teams to optimize material flow.

Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.

Generate inventory performance reports and track KPIs.

Drive process improvements and support lean initiatives.

Who will you report to? You will report to the Up & Downstream - EMS Planning Leader. This role is an onsite position. You are required to report to either the Fairfield or West Chester, OH facility 5 days a week.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in inventory management or material planning.

Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
