Competitive compensation of $19.53 per hour. Additional $3 per hour stipend as a Flex Team member. Flexible scheduling between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.; specific shifts will be scheduled within this window. $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid in increments when you join. Promotional opportunities across various disciplines. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service at mobile units/donor centers; greet donors, educate and ease anxiety. Perform blood draws and collect specimens following established protocols. Operate and maintain medical equipment for blood collection; inspect and clean equipment. Verify and update donor information in the BECS system. Educate donors on donation types and benefits (plasma, platelets, auto‑red cells). Follow infection control and safety procedures. Maintain required records and documentation. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability and desire to learn medical procedures; must complete training. Comfortable in a hospital‑like environment and handling blood products with care. Warm, caring personality with excellent bedside manners. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule. Preferred Experience
Background in healthcare, phlebotomy, or customer service. Skills
Effective communication in English. Follow directions and work with computers. Travel
Work throughout Rhode Island, and in areas of Massachusetts and Connecticut. Company Overview
