Responsibilities
Implement Individualized Habilitation Plans.
Attend to personal care needs.
Oversee health, safety, and well‑being of people we support.
Participate in Agency activities.
Transport and accompany people to appointments and community activities.
Assist with daily housekeeping and related duties.
Maintain required documentation.
