Responsibilities

Deliver individual psychotherapy using evidence-informed modalities appropriate to each client

Develop, review, and revise treatment plans

Partner with the clinical team to continuously refine treatment approaches to support client growth

Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and support colleagues when needed

Qualifications

Active New Jersey license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

Minimum 2 years of providing individual therapy or counseling

Must reside in New Jersey or be willing to relocate

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Prior insurance credentialing is a plus

Compensation $60,000 - $85,000 per year
