Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Location: 7 Regent St, Suite 701, Livingston, NJ 07039 (On‑Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with two evenings per week (11 AM–7 PM)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
Licenses Required: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAMFT, LAC
We’re looking for a passionate therapist to provide individualized and group therapy in our OP/IOP/PHP programs, helping clients reduce anxiety, depression, and suicide risks.
Responsibilities
Provide transformative individual, group, and family therapy while maintaining a small caseload of 6 clients.
Lead comprehensive treatment planning, including development, implementation, and discharge coordination.
Ensure clinical excellence through detailed documentation, outcomes testing, and treatment standard compliance.
Collaborate with the experienced team to deliver optimal client care and support community reintegration.
Guide clients and families through the full therapeutic journey, from initial rapport‑building to successful program completion.
Qualifications
Required: Licensed or qualifying associate licensed therapist in the State of New Jersey (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAMFT, LAC).
Required: CAQH profile and NPI number for credentialing.
Preferred: High‑acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) using relational, experiential, and evidence‑based systemic techniques.
Preferred: 1–2 years of experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
