The Boise, ID office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an experienced attorney to join its General Liability Practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Idaho State Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice comprises over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across numerous general liability areas. While the attorneys within the firm handle a wide variety of matters, we excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. General Liability Practice partners and senior associates are seasoned, well-respected trial attorneys with broad trial experience. Responsibilities
Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Represent defendants in general liability matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.
Qualifications
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Admission to the Idaho State Bar.
Strong litigation fundamentals and eagerness to grow within a collaborative, nationally respected firm.
