The Indianapolis, IN office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least two (2) to four (4) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Indiana State Bar is required. Responsibilities
Provide defense representation in insurance defense litigation across a range of matters within the General Liability Practice. Manage case workflows, conduct and respond to discovery, prepare and argue motions, and oversee hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as needed. Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in strategy development and trial preparation. Qualifications
Active admission to the Indiana State Bar. 2 to 4 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery. Strong research and writing skills. Willingness to work across a broad range of matters and pursue opportunities for professional growth within a growing, collaborative firm. About Lewis Brisbois
