Maintain active massage license and carry liability insurance
Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
Follow the “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
Qualifications
Valid massage therapy license in the state of Florida
Proven experience performing Swedish massage and other modalities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary
Knowledge of health and safety standards for massage therapy
Compensation Average total annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $88,000 for full‑time therapists, based on performance of 30 service hours per week.
