Responsibilities
Deliver quality recreational and expressive therapies according to the patient treatment program.
Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans that are age‑appropriate and consistent with overall treatment goals.
Facilitate patient groups that are well prepared and beneficial to clients.
Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services.
Initiate emergency measures according to age‑appropriate CPR and client resuscitation protocols.
Participate in emergency crisis interventions according to age‑appropriate techniques.
Maintain confidentiality related to patient, family, client facility and staff in accordance with HIPAA, and provide patient care in a non‑judgmental, non‑discriminatory manner that considers cultural diversity and age appropriateness to preserve autonomy, rights and dignity.

Master’s degree in Creative Arts, Recreation, Music or Dance Movement Therapy.
Previous experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
