Behavioral Progression, Inc. is an ABA agency founded in 2015, dedicated to providing effective behavioral improvement services in community settings. We deliver services in homes, schools, aftercare, day programs and other community environments, emphasizing family involvement and continuous professional development.
Role Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Both full‑ and part‑time positions are available. Through ongoing training and supervision, RBTs will develop advanced skills while effecting meaningful changes in clients’ lives.
Location Options Clinic setting, client home, client school, or a hybrid of those.
Key Responsibilities
Implement behavior plans, receive behavior plan training and supervision
Participate in caregiver training, complete caregiver proficiency checks, and provide feedback to caregivers on behavior plan implementation
Graph client data and caregiver proficiency, complete monthly data reports and conduct data analysis
Assist with functional behavior assessments, behavior plan development and updates, and develop supervision skills with BCaBA/BCBA supervision, including case management and case training
