This is an award‑winning unit specializing in ortho, spine, and bariatrics, with a ratio of 1:5 or 1:6. These are all short stay populations with heavy discharge turnover. The unit emphasizes comprehensive staff development through a robust orientation program where managers and educators meet biweekly to optimize learning, making it an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and new graduates seeking skill development. Our surgeons and team are nationally recognized for excellence through the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP). Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred) Certification / Licensure

Registered nursing License (Required) BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience
