and make a difference in patient care. We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled Radiology Technologist to perform digital X‑ray studies in our urgent care setting. Essential Functions Perform provider‑ordered radiographic examinations safely, with proper patient positioning and radiation protection. Set up and adjust supportive and immobilization equipment with professionalism. Accurately document encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Determine and select appropriate technical factors to safeguard patient and equipment. Maintain clinical and administrative skills for patient care and daily operations, including specimen collection and point‑of‑care lab tests. Apply sterile techniques to prevent cross‑contamination. Report equipment malfunctions or needed repairs immediately. Perform additional duties such as ordering supplies, lab and diagnostic tests, patient registration, scheduling, phone triage, cash handling, check‑in/check‑out, and scribing as needed. Employment and Education Qualifications Minimum 2‑year associate degree. Completion of an approved X‑Ray Technician certification program; registration with ARRT. Virginia state licensure.
