What You’ll Do
Provide leadership, guidance, and scheduling oversight for residential staff
Support resident care, including daily living skills, medical coordination, and treatment planning
Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive living environment
Assist with staff training, documentation, and program compliance
Collaborate with NKHS teams and outside providers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record
Support program development and quality improvement efforts
