Provide nursing oversight for non‑licensed staff in residential and community settings, including physical assessment, monitoring, medication dispensing, nursing care, special care procedures, first aid, health monitoring, etc., for identified consumers. Help train, oversee, and monitor staff in medication administration for developmental services consumers. Provide physical assessments to individuals in the Developmental Services program and liaise with other NKHS services to address residents’ needs in various agency settings. Liaison with other community health service providers. Develop individual service plans with consumer teams for those with identified health‑related needs; consult with consumers, family members, and staff on health and medical issues. Seniority Level
