Clinical Supervisor – 27th Ave Health Center
Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor working at our 27th Ave Health Center. The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Development and the Senior Director of Clinical Operations. The Clinical Supervisor provides documented clinical supervision to counseling staff, participates in program development and evaluation, and supports assigned health and recovery centers.

Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Licensure & Qualifications: • Must maintain Arizona clinical licensing: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, or LMFT; dual licensure with LIAC is preferred. • Registered as a Clinical Supervisor. • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (MA, MC, MSW, etc.) • Participate in required refresher courses and professional development as per AzBBHE and Terros Health policies.
Clinical Supervisor Duties:
Provides documented clinical supervision to counseling staff (licensed, unlicensed behavioral health technicians, and paraprofessionals) in accordance with AzDHS, AzBBHE requirements, and Terros Health policies.
Maintains contemporaneous documentation of supervision and oversight in the approved Clinical Supervision and Oversight Application.
Completes required refresher training and stays in good standing with the BBHE; completes professional development as needed.
Supervises client care, including facilitating clinical oversight, assisting with urgent client issues, and offering day‑to‑day support and consultation on clinical delivery.
Performs direct observation of staff sessions quarterly or as needed, including at least one intake to evaluate assessment and diagnostic skills.
Maintains knowledge of cultural competency standards, operationalizes licensing requirements, reviews records for culturally competent practices, and ensures culturally and linguistically appropriate client care during supervision.
