Overview
Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services, LLC (CNCS) is seeking a Dietitian Technician, Registered (DTR) or Certified Dietetic Manager (CDM) to manage nutritional services at a long‑term care facility in Toledo, OH. The role involves supporting the registered dietitian in developing dietary orders, nutritional supplementation, counseling, and ensuring dietary plans are reflected in dining service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans.
Complete nutritional assessments, MDS, and care plans.
Provide counseling to individuals and groups on good nutrition, healthy habits, and nutrition monitoring.
Conduct monthly quality inspections/audits of meals served to ensure conformity to prescribed diets.
Advise Food and Nutrition Services Manager on sanitation, safety, and food service operations.
Travel within designated region as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Dietetic Technician program.
Certification by the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
LTC experience preferred but not required (training provided).
