Mental Wellness and Relationship Services (MWRS) is an established, family-run group practice with multiple locations across North Idaho. We offer clinicians a structured, supportive environment designed to promote sustainability, flexibility, and long-term professional growth.
Position Overview We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible mental health therapist in Idaho or Washington to join our collaborative care team. This position is open to both pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians with interest or experience in working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
Our ideal candidate has training or interest in relational and systems-based approaches, including internal family systems, structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or other family- and relationship-focused modalities.
We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with:
Family psychoeducation
Relationship and couples counseling
Blended families
Relationship trauma
Family crises
Adolescent counseling
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Who We’re Hiring Pre-Licensed Clinicians
LPC, LMSW, or LAMFT
Actively working toward independent licensure
Clinical supervision provided as needed
Fully Licensed Clinicians
LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Independent practice experience preferred but not required
Opportunities for specialization and advanced clinical work
Compensation Compensation is based on billable client hours and specialty services, with transparent rates and no required caseloads above 30 scheduled sessions per week. Full‑time clinicians qualify for benefits at 30 scheduled sessions per week; those who voluntarily choose to schedule additional sessions may earn more, as outlined below.

25 clients/week: $54,825
30 clients/week: $65,790
35 clients/week (optional): $76,755
Pre‑Licensed Clinicians (Blended ~20% Specialty)
20 clients/week: $46,716
25 clients/week: $58,395
30 clients/week: $70,074
35 clients/week (optional): $81,753
Fully Licensed Clinicians (Base Rate)
20 clients/week: $47,940
25 clients/week: $59,925
30 clients/week: $71,910
35 clients/week (optional): $83,895
Fully Licensed Clinicians (Blended ~20% Specialty)
20 clients/week: $51,000
25 clients/week: $63,750
30 clients/week: $76,500
35 clients/week (optional): $89,250
Blended estimates assume approximately 20% of sessions are billed at a specialty rate (e.g., EMDR or Equine Therapy). MWRS does not require caseloads above 30 scheduled sessions per week.
MWRS regularly reviews compensation to remain competitive while supporting long‑term sustainability for both clinicians and the practice.
Hourly Rates
Pre‑Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMSW, LAMFT):
$43 per billable hour
Pre‑Licensed (Specialty Services):
$57 per billable hour
Fully Licensed Clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT):
$47 per billable hour
Fully Licensed (Specialty Services):
$62 per billable hour
Standard sessions are 45 minutes, with remaining time in the hour reserved for documentation.
Additional Benefits for Full‑Time Staff
Reimbursed CEUs up to $500 annually
Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Employer pays a percentage of insurance premiums: Medical: 50% Vision: 75% Employer-paid gym or fitness membership

Hybrid model (in‑office and remote)
Clinicians select their preferred working hours within the hybrid structure
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensed or license-eligible in Idaho or Washington
LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW, LPC, or LAMFT
Interest in developing or maintaining clinical specialties (e.g., EMDR, equine therapy, couples work)
Clinical experience preferred but not required
Basic technology skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
Ability to follow HIPAA, ethical standards, and company policies
