$26.00–$31.00 per hour (based on experience)
Operating Hours:
Mon–Thu 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule varies by program)

About Us Social Recovery Center, LLC provides outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use conditions. We offer evidence‑based, person‑centered care through PHP, IOP, and OP programs.
Position Summary The LAC/LSW MH & SUD Counselor provides individual and group counseling, manages a caseload, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery.
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
Coordinate care with referral sources and community partners.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Active LAC or LSW credential in NJ.
2+ years of behavioral health or substance use treatment experience.
Knowledge of evidence‑based practices and co‑occurring disorders.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
