Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
About the Program Social Clubhouse, Inc. is an adult partial care program providing day services and structured support for adults living with mental health conditions. We are expanding our continuum of care to include Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services licensed by NJ DMHAS.
We are affiliated with Social Recovery Center, LLC, also based in Springfield, NJ which offers treatment for substance use and co‑occurring mental health recovery.

Position Summary Mental Health Specialists at Social Clubhouse are responsible for facilitating multiple group sessions each day, providing daily support to program members through various activities, and contributing to a person‑centered culture committed to high‑quality service in support of the members.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate groups and contribute to the creation of group curriculum in collaboration with other staff members.
Complete daily and weekly documentation for all services provided.
Coordinate program services in collaboration with Case Managers.
Provide community escorts for members as needed.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by program leadership.
Position Requirements
Complete training required to provide group subjects, including IMR, Prevocational, and Co‑occurring services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in psychosocial rehabilitation, mental health services, or a related field; OR
Related life or work experience, such as assuming leadership roles in mental health services or consumer initiatives; OR
Possess one of the following credentials: Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) or Community Mental Health Associate.
