Pay and Schedule Base pay: $34.00/hr (up to $34.00 per hour); additional shift differentials of $1.25 for evenings and $1.00 for nights. Pay options include on‑demand and weekly pay.
Full‑time or part‑time shifts available.
Shift times: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility setting. Supervision must comply with federal, state, and local standards and the Director of Nursing Services’ guidance. You will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain the community’s standards of practice.
Education & Qualifications
Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.
Shift & Wage
Full‑time and part‑time opportunities.
