Location Rockwall, TX and surrounding areas.
Pay Range $40,000 - $75,000
Job Duties
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
