The Midnight Mission As a night shift RN in our SICU, you'll be at the forefront of patient care during the crucial overnight hours. Provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients recovering from complex surgical procedures
Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications with precision
Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, making split‑second decisions that can save lives
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring seamless communication between shifts
Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes
