BFA Global is seeking a Senior Director for Global Advisory & Partnerships to expand its advisory services and strengthen global partnerships. This strategic leadership role involves driving the development of multi-country initiatives and integrated solution bundles. The Senior Director will significantly contribute to BFA Global’s global strategy by advancing partnerships with DFIs, multilaterals, and other strategic actors. Tasked with spearheading large, multi-country programs, the role ensures BFA remains competitive and aligned with market needs. The incumbent will also enhance internal alignment and foster change management to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of global strategic partners. Build and maintain anchor accounts, ensuring alignment across global and local priorities. Support the CEO/MD in consortium building and funder engagement. Drive development of cross-cutting solution bundles. Partner with teams to create productized tools and methodologies. Design and lead multi-country, multi-million dollar programs. Contribute to global strategic planning and yearly objective-setting. Represent BFA Global in high-level dialogues and industry working groups. Requirements

Spanish fluency in both written and spoken communication. 12–15+ years of experience in relevant fields such as international development or financial inclusion. Proven experience managing major donor or DFI relationships. Track record of designing or leading multi-country programs. Demonstrated leadership in advisory or consulting roles. Strong financial acumen for investment-worthy program designs. Master’s degree in public policy, economics, or related field (preferred). Benefits
